Our Facilities: Our Banquet Room can accommodate both small and large private parties up to 95 people.

Guest Count: A&D must be notified of the final guest count 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking.  The deposit is deducted from your final bill.  Full payment is due at the completion of your event.  All prices are subject to 7% Massachusetts meal tax and a 20% service charge. All prices are subject to change without notice pending fluctuating market prices.

Food & Beverage: All food and beverage must be provided by A&D, in accordance with Massachusetts State Law.  Food and beverage may not be removed from the premises.  Additionally, you may be responsible to read and sign our policy for responsible alcoholic services.  We reserve the right to monitor and limit the alcohol consumed by guests.  We also “ID” when necessary to ensure that guests who are consuming alcohol are of legal Massachusetts age.

Equipment Rentals: We will be happy to discuss any equipment needs that your special event may require.

Room Charge Fee: The Room charge is based upon the number of guests and food and beverage minimums.  The minimum Room Charge Fee is $50/hour (with Food and Beverage)

Entertainment & Decorations: We reserve the right to approve all entertainment and decorations.
